Erika Pozzan has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, sales, and graphic illustration. Currently, Erika serves as Coordenadora at Cidadania Já, a position held since August 2020, after progressing through roles such as Analista Documental and Atendimento ao cliente. Prior to this, Erika worked as an Ilustrador gráfico at LES Fotografia Escolar from May 2014 to August 2020 and gained retail experience as an Executivo de vendas specializing in skincare at SEPHORA for a brief period in 2012-2013. Earlier career highlights include positions at Tok&Stok, where Erika contributed to sales and financial coordination from March 2006 to July 2011. Erika is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Strategic Project Management at Centro Universitário IBMR, having previously earned a degree in Photography from Estácio.
