Veerle Van Wichelen serves as Legal Counsel at CID LINES, an Ecolab Company, since June 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Corporate Legal Counsel at e-BO Enterprises and as a juriste at VANDENAMEELE & PLANCKAERT - GEASSOCIEERDE NOTARISSEN, where responsibilities involved supporting real estate transactions and negotiating sale agreements. Veerle held positions as Senior Company Lawyer at both Roquette and Puratos Group, managing R&D contracts, intellectual property training, and patent portfolio management. Earlier in the career, Veerle worked as Corporate Lawyer at Sioen Industries, Puratos, and Telindus, focusing on corporate and business law, M&A, and ICT contracts. Veerle holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Ghent University, completed in 1990.
