Melanie Steilen, BSN, RN, ACRN, serves as the Director of Nursing Education and Senior Clinical Trainer at Cicatelli Associates Inc (CAI) since 2001, where responsibilities include developing and delivering training for various federally and state-funded initiatives. With extensive experience in clinical training and continuing education, Melanie has collaborated with leaders and stakeholders to enhance health literacy and care adherence among patients with chronic illnesses. Notable roles involve directing continuing nursing and medical education programs, leading multi-million-dollar USAID-funded HIV initiatives in Guyana, and providing guest lectures at prominent nursing schools. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alfred University and certification in Holistic Stress Management and Wellness from Paramount Wellness Institute.
