Alberto Cárdenas is an experienced immigration and legal professional with a background in global service delivery and management. Currently serving as Global Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager at CIBT, Alberto has held various roles including Processing Manager and Project Manager at Jackson & Hertogs LLP, and Immigration Specialist at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Additionally, Alberto has extensive experience as an Immigration Paralegal at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, handling nonimmigrant cases and employment-based visas. Previous positions include Senior Consular Services Advisor providing global immigration advice, General Counsel to the Governor of the State of Jalisco, and General Controller at the Secretary of Education. Alberto's legal expertise extends to drafting legislation and advising on compliance and human rights matters.
