Cristina Oliveira is currently working as Diretora de Gente e Sustentabilidade at Cibra since May 2015. Prior to this, Cristina was Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Yara Brasil and Bunge Brasil, where Cristina managed various HR functions such as recruitment, training, development, compensation, and performance evaluation. Cristina holds an Executive MBA in Economia e Gestão Empresarial from Fundação Dom Cabral and has a background in Psychology, with a specialization in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional.
