Erwan Simon's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies.

In 2008, they worked as an Industrial Performance Analyst at Richemont.

From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Orano, where they held roles such as Strategy and Business Development Analyst, Strategy Manager, and Post-Merger Integration Manager.

In 2014, they founded DEESTY, a company that provides photo, video, and visualization solutions.

From 2014 to 2015, they also worked as a Strategy Manager at Cdiscount, and from 2015 to 2017, they served as the Head of Loyalty Program at the same company.

In 2017, Erwan co-founded and became the CEO of CibleR, a FinTech company that offers a responsible promotion solution.

In 2020, they co-founded Sauve ton Commerce, a national solidarity movement that supports local economies and promotes local businesses.

Erwan Simon began their education in 2000 at Lycee Kerichen, where they obtained a Baccalaureat degree in Sciences in the year 2003. Erwan then went on to pursue a General engineering sciences degree at IMT Atlantique from 2006 to 2009. In the same period, they also pursued two separate Master's degrees. The first was in Corporate Finance - Project Finance Engineering at École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, and the second was in Business Intelligence & Innovation Management at Saint-Etienne School of Economics. In 2011, Erwan obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Orano.
