Lynn Armstrong, PEng, MBA, is a Senior Director at CIBC, with extensive experience in business strategy and project delivery across various roles since September 2002. Armstrong has successfully built and led a team of over 50 employees, significantly expanding the team's mandate to incorporate vendor management, product communications, and business effectiveness. Key achievements include overseeing the execution of high-profile bank-wide initiatives, managing the technology strategy for the frontline, and improving operational efficiencies using process engineering methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as a Process and Production Engineer at Petro Canada.
