Jeffrey Little is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and project management. Since October 2006, Jeffrey has held various leadership roles at CIBC, currently serving as Associate Vice President of HR Systems and Compensation Operations, where the focus is on enhancing the employee experience through HR systems. Prior positions include Senior Director roles overseeing business management, governance controls, strategic HR vendor partnerships, and enterprise programs aimed at improving client experiences and driving revenue growth. Jeffrey's career began at GE, where responsibilities included managing technical delivery for municipal wastewater projects as a Process Engineer and successfully commissioning membrane filtration plants as a Field Service Representative. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
