Dejan Bojic is a seasoned Sr. Program Manager at CIBC since March 2024, with extensive experience in program and project management across various organizations. Prior roles include Sr Program and Project Manager and Agile Coach at CIRO / OCRI, where significant contributions were made in data management, user-centric website redesign, and brand implementation following organizational amalgamation. Previous positions include Program Manager/Agile Coach at TMX Group, where Dejan worked on enhancing capital market access for SMEs, and Sr. Project/Program Manager at President's Choice Financial, focusing on secure credit card solutions and campaign management systems. With earlier roles at Scotiabank and other financial institutions, Dejan has successfully led multiple large-scale projects, implemented innovative solutions, and advocated for agile methodologies throughout their career.
