Damian Lambropoulos has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CIBC since November 2007, where responsibilities include leading a team at a Banking Center with both high-value and retail banking employees. Previously, Damian held various managerial roles, including Area Sales Manager and General Manager, and was instrumental in coaching 11 Branch Managers across the North Shore of Montreal while overseeing more than 70 employees. Earlier in the career, roles included District Branch Manager for Monteregie and Branch Manager at CIBC's flagship location in Quebec, where Damian successfully amalgamated three branches into one. Educational qualifications include a B.A. specializing in Economics and a major in History from Concordia University, completion of the Canadian Securities Course, and a focus on Financial Planning and Economics from the Canadian Securities Institute.
