Adrian Gaines possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President at CIBA Insurance Services since December 2018, overseeing the administration of commercial property claims. Prior to this role, Adrian held various positions at State Farm Insurance, including Claims Director and Claim Team Manager, where responsibilities included managing property claims departments and directing activities of insurance professionals. Adrian's early career included roles as Claims Supervisor and Claim Specialist, focusing on complex commercial and residential claims, particularly in catastrophic events. Additionally, Adrian contributed to California State University Channel Islands as an Advisory Council Member and to the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce as a Board Member. Adrian holds an MBA in International Business, Organizational Leadership, and Entrepreneurship from the Martin V. Smith School of Business & Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
