Justin Ladd, CUSP, has extensive experience in safety management within the power and energy sector, currently serving as Safety Manager at CIANBRO since September 2004. In this role, Justin implements and executes CIANBRO's safety program at project sites, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to identify and mitigate project-specific hazards. Prior to CIANBRO, Justin held internships and roles in various fields, including athletic training with the Portland Pirates and scaffolding at Northeast Insulation Services. Justin's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training Education from the University of New England and a high school diploma from Maine Central Institute.
