Natalia Ramirez Solarte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natalia started their career at Unilever as a Project Apprentice, where they gained experience in project coordination and technical assistance. Natalia then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator, where they developed engineering projects and managed CAPEX. Following their time at Unilever, Natalia joined Fanalca S.A as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of various initiatives. Natalia then worked as a Requirements Engineer at Carvajal TecnologÃa y Servicios before joining Colciencias as a Scientific Staff Member. Natalia also worked at Bancoomeva, where they held the positions of IT Project Coordinator and Innovation Manager, responsible for implementing innovation management systems and leading innovation efforts within the organization. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Digital Transformation at CIAMSA, Comercializadora de Azúcares y Mieles S.A.
