Fred Richardson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and consulting. Currently serving as Principal - Strategic Accounts at CI International, Inc. since June 2020, Fred Richardson focuses on business development in key federal accounts, change management, and executive coaching. Prior to this role, Fred Richardson founded Richardson Leadership Consulting in January 2019, delivering tailored leadership solutions. With a solid background at Booz Allen Hamilton from November 2006 to December 2018 as Lead Associate, Fred Richardson managed various leadership development programs for prominent clients. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, an Advanced Practitioner degree in Change Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin, among others.
