Cal Shilling is the founder and CEO of Shilling & Rott, a retained Executive Search boutique established in December 2012, specializing in hiring senior-level leadership and top individual contributors for enterprise software and SaaS companies. In addition to leading Shilling & Rott, Cal serves on the Board of Advisors and as an investor for ChurnZero, a SaaS platform aimed at reducing customer churn for subscription businesses. Previously, Cal held the role of Vice President of Global Human Resources at InVue, managing HR operations for a tech company with a significant global presence, and served as Chief People Officer at Knowland Group, which provides marketing solutions to the hospitality industry. Cal's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Vice President of HR and Director of Talent Acquisition at Vocus, where significant talent acquisition success was achieved. Before joining Vocus, Cal was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Joseph Bank Clothiers. Cal holds a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
