Ben Rosenberg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ben is currently employed as the Sr. Director- Customer Support, Enablement, and Community at ChurnZero since January 2023. Before that, they co-founded Rosencall Consulting in April 2022.

Ben has a strong background in customer success and support. At Catalyst Software, they served as a Customer Success Coach from August 2020 to June 2022. Ben then joined Ease as the Vice President Of Customer Support from October 2021 to April 2022, where they were responsible for revamping the organization structure and implementing changes to improve customer experience.

Prior to that, Ben worked at Sendoso as the Vice President of Sender Experience from February 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they led various projects and initiatives across departments, focusing on Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Marketplace, and Professional Services.

Before Sendoso, Ben held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Wag Labs Inc. from May 2019 to January 2020. Ben was responsible for overseeing all customer experience functions and operations, including onboarding, support, and engagement.

Ben's earlier experience includes roles at Zenefits as the Head Of Customer Care from November 2017 to May 2019, Director- Broker Services from June 2016 to November 2017, and Manager- Benefits Advisors from August 2015 to June 2016.

Ben began their career at Charles Schwab, where they held various management positions from July 2009 to August 2015. Ben also gained experience in the service industry as a Server Trainer/Bartender at P.F. Chang's China Bistro and as a Key Carrying Sales Supervisor at OfficeMax.

Ben Rosenberg received their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Arizona State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Horizon High School from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in CAPM from the Project Management Institute in May 2015.
