Katrina Stephens has accumulated extensive experience in service desk management, having held roles such as Service Desk Manager and Service Desk Supervisor at Churchill Living Ltd, as well as Service Desk Manager at Churchill Retirement PLC, and Service Desk Team Leader at Kingfisher IT Services. Katrina obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science from Nottingham Trent University, with studies also completed at Trent University between 2007 and 2008.
