Jill Byrne has work experience as the Director of Broadcast and Programming at Churchill Downs Incorporated. Jill also worked as the Director of On Air Racing Communications at Churchill Downs from 2007 onwards. Prior to that, they were involved with Sportpool/Betfair Trader's TVG division from January 2000 to April 2009.

Jill Byrne studied political science at the University of Virginia.
