Dr. Ruben Perez Torres is an experienced professional who has held various positions at the Church of God Southeast Hispanic Region and the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Ruben has served as the Director of the Christian Education Department at the Church of God Southeast Hispanic Region and as a Full Professor and Founder Director of the Department of Theology and the Ph. D. in Theology program at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
