Kimberly Boone, MS, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition care and community programming. Currently employed at Church Health since March 2018, Kimberly focuses on implementing nutritional health care and education through Culinary Medicine. Prior roles include serving as a Nutrition Program Coordinator at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where Kimberly managed community nutrition programs, and completing a 1200-hour dietetic internship at The University of Memphis. Educationally, Kimberly holds a Master's of Science in Clinical Nutrition and dual bachelor's degrees in Dietetics and Biology from The University of Memphis. Additionally, leadership experience includes serving as President of the Student Dietetic Association and involvement in various clinical nutrition roles at institutions such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Baptist Memphis Hospital.
