Vivian Mak is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in managing financial operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Finance and Accounting Manager at Chugai Pharma USA, Inc. since August 2011, Vivian oversees staff accountants, prepares annual budgets and forecasts, and ensures compliance with GAAP during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. Previous experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at Comrise, where Vivian managed a multi-state accounting operation and developed financial reporting systems.
