Zhen Zhao is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, data architecture, and cloud computing. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global AI Engineer at Chubb since September 2021, Zhen leads global AI engineering teams. Additionally, Zhen is an Adjunct Faculty - Associate Professor at Temple University, teaching courses related to data communications, computer networks, and cloud computing. Previously, Zhen held the position of Vice President and Data Architect Lead at Barclays, where responsibilities included architecting data platforms for a digital consumer bank. Zhen's earlier roles include serving as Tech Lead at Comcast, focusing on data lake and cloud architectures, and as a Senior Software Engineer at the People's Bank of China, developing critical financial systems. Zhen's academic background is solidified by a PhD in Computer Engineering from Drexel University, along with multiple degrees in related fields from esteemed institutions.
