Tim Erxleben, CPCU, ChFC, currently serves as Senior Director at SimpliSafe, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Tim held the role of Director of Operations at Capital One from July 2019 to September 2023. Tim's extensive experience at State Farm spans nearly a decade, where roles included Director, P&C Manager, and Contact Center Manager, focusing on the establishment and turnaround of call center operations and underwriting teams. Earlier career experience includes a management role in commercial auditing and underwriting for personal lines. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Illinois Central College.
