Christine Schleuss has over 30 years of experience in learning and development, currently serving as AVP and Early Career Learning Experience Manager at Chubb since February 2018, where responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to deliver effective learning solutions. Prior to Chubb, Christine held the position of Learning and Development Senior Consultant at MetLife from 2010 to 2017, supporting a vast workforce across 60 countries. Christine also served as Director of Learning for Corporate Insurance Services at Bank of America from 2005 to 2009, overseeing learning initiatives for over 300 associates. Earlier in Christine's career, roles included Learning and Development Specialist at Marsh, where support was provided in colleague development programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Kean University and certifications in Instructional Design and Metrics Methodology.
