Serge Richel possesses extensive experience in the IT sector, currently working at CHU de Liège since October 2017 in a position related to Informatique within the SAI - DMI department. Previously, Serge served as an Oracle Developer at Tobania from May 2014 to June 2017, focusing on database structure, data migration, and business intelligence analysis, while also undertaking part-time Java development. Earlier roles include IT Consultant positions at Saga Consulting from November 2000 to May 2014 and at Sopra from 1996 to 2000. Serge holds a Graduat in Informatique from HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
