As the Director of Chrysalis Services, Mr. Sudhir Rao is focused on transforming the social sector in India. He is also a co-founder of a Financial Services & Technology startup operating in the space of distribution of financial services products. As an Independent management consultant, he consults in the domains of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Marketing, and Strategy. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance and has over 20 years’ experience in financial services & office automation. Across his career, he has held leadership roles in CSR, Marketing, Sales & Product Management, and Financial planning & analysis.

Sudhir is passionate about the social sector and has worked extensively in the fields of Education, Health, Water Sanitation Hygiene (WASH), Environment & Ecology, Skill development, Rural Development, Sports development, and conservation of arts & culture. He has helped corporates in shaping up and executing their CSR policies with his vast knowledge of the Indian laws governing CSR. He has been a speaker on CSR in several corporate events as well as at College programs. Over the past 6 years, Sudhir has led a dedicated CSR team that manages a CSR corpus of approx. 30 Cr per annum. Many of the CSR programs run by Sudhir & his team have been recognized and awarded by eminent institutions such as ASSOCHEM, ICSI, the World federation of CSR professionals, and the World CSR Congress. Sudhir enjoys a good rapport with a wide network of NGOs and funding partners across thematic areas all over India.
