Roy Shioda currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Special Projects at Chrysalis, focusing on cross-departmental strategic initiatives. Since August 2018, Roy has also been self-employed as a consultant in operations, strategic data analysis, and IT, where recommendations for operational efficiency and organizational restructuring have been provided to non-profit CEOs. Previously, Roy held the position of Interim Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives at Occidental College, overseeing data analysis and technology implementation. As Director of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica, responsibilities included managing daily operations across multiple locations and leading significant IT initiatives and facility renovations. Earlier roles include Global Market Intelligence Analyst at Vivendi Games and Channel Marketing Analyst at SimpleTech. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Irvine.
