Brittany King-Pleas is a versatile professional with extensive experience in social work, program management, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager in Staffing at Chrysalis since March 2020, Brittany has also held roles such as Program Manager and Employment Specialist. Brittany founded Women of So Cal, an online platform that fosters connections among women in Southern California, and has successfully built a growing social media following. Previous positions include Social Media Consultant, Community Education Employment Specialist at The Good Seed, and Associate Director/Program Director at Operation Jump Start, where significant contributions to grant management and student support were made. Brittany holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kalamazoo College and the University of Nairobi.
