Ineke Soest is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and M&A transactions. Since September 2007, Ineke has served as Legal Counsel/Attorney at Law for Chrysal International BV, focusing on legal advice, contract drafting and negotiations, and the management of trademark and patent portfolios. Prior to this role, Ineke held similar positions at Pokon & Chrysal International BV from 2001 to 2007, and worked as an M&A specialist at Boekel De Neree NV.
