Sakthi Gurunathan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing high-performing engineering teams and driving technical discussions in areas such as HRIS and SSO. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Chronus since October 2015, Sakthi has successfully reduced customer requests and developer man-days through strategic evaluation of development efforts. Prior roles at Chronus include Engineering Lead and Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions included developing a scalable real-time messaging system and a reliable live instance migration solution. Earlier experience at Software AG involved participation in SOA Governance projects, while work at Symantec focused on developing REST and SOAP APIs for the ecommerce platform. Sakthi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
