Yassine Benmansour has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Adjoint au Directeur Régional des Opérations for Chronopost since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing client projects from pre-sales to post-launch phases and enhancing customer experience through data analysis and corrective action implementation. Yassine has previously held roles such as Chef de Projets Solutions Clients and Analyste Expérience Client, focusing on project coordination and key performance indicator analysis for top strategic accounts. Earlier in the career, Yassine worked at Kuehne + Nagel as an Ordering Officer for Dangerous Goods, managing orders and reporting for Airbus. Yassine possesses a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Montpellier Business School, complemented by degrees from Nantes Université and Université Internationale de Rabat.
