Julien Lavenant has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Directeur de l’excellence opérationnelle at Chronopost since November 2006. Julien has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including National Operations Director and Regional Director of Operations, overseeing 16 freight facilities in the West Region of France and managing a team to exceed customer expectations. Prior to Chronopost, Julien worked at GEA Group as Contrôleur de gestion and at HP in a similar financial management role. Julien holds two Master's degrees in Supply Chain Management from Macquarie University and ESC Le Havre.
