Kristin Nelson-Garcia is a seasoned professional in public health and program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors since March 2022 and as a Travel Specialist at Travelmation since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the Michigan Public Health Institute, where Kristin worked as a Senior Project Coordinator and Health Equity Training Manager, overseeing project implementation, client consultations, and staff development. Earlier positions included Program Evaluator for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and Research Assistant at the Michigan Public Health Institute, contributing to evaluation planning and project coordination.
