Cathy Sullivan, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Total Rewards at Chroma Technology Corp. since February 2021. Prior to this role, Cathy spent over 15 years at Simon Pearce as a Benefits Specialist, where responsibilities included administering various employee benefit programs, managing workers’ compensation, and overseeing FMLA leave and the 401(k) plan. Earlier in their career, Cathy held multiple positions at Shaw's Supermarkets, including HR Generalist, HR Administrator, and Deli Manager, where expertise included employee management and customer service strategies. Cathy completed education at Stevens High School.
