Carita Hibben is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resources leadership and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at C.H. Robinson, Carita leads a team of over 75 employees and oversees the execution of HR strategies, including Total Rewards and Talent Management. Previous roles include Senior Director of Global HR at Starkey Hearing Technologies, Vice President of Total Rewards at Schwan's Company, and Senior Director of HR Operations at G&K Services, where Carita developed and implemented comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies. Carita's career began at HealthEast, where initial roles included Compensation Consultant and Human Resources Generalist. Carita holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdepartmental Speech Communications with an emphasis on Human Resources from St. Cloud State University.
