Kristen has a background in supporting employees in various states and countries, specializing in areas such as restructuring, transition, change management, and business growth and development. Kristen has also served as a Recruitment Supervisor, overseeing recruitment efforts for a large number of employees and implementing various employee activities and training programs. Kristen holds a BA in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
