Sam Fore is an experienced culinary entrepreneur and marketing professional with a diverse background in the food industry and technology solutions. As the owner of Tuk Tuk Sri Lankan Bites since 2016, Sam has developed a pop-up restaurant focusing on Sri Lankan and Southern cuisine, gaining recognition in prominent publications. Additionally, Sam has served as a recipe segment cook and cast member on PBS's Milk Street TV, and held roles such as Director of Technology at The LEE Initiative and Project Manager at Accorin. With a strong foundation in marketing and project management from roles at various companies, including Eighty Two Socks and Bearodynamic, Sam holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management and a BS in Marketing.
