Kyle Lyskawa has diverse work experience, starting with a position as a Staff Accountant at Parker Bridge NZ in 2006. Kyle then moved on to work at Schaack Fabricating, Inc. as a Staff Accountant from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they also served as an Assistant Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at Bishop Ludden High School from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, they became the Business Manager at CNY Custom Cabinetry until 2012. Lyskawa then joined The Bonadio Group as an Audit Manager from December 2012 to August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Christopher Community, Inc., starting in August 2021.

Kyle Lyskawa pursued their education in a chronological manner. Kyle started by attending Bishop Ludden from 1996 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Later, they enrolled at the State University of New York Cortland in 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Economics in 2010. Following this, Kyle pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting at the State University of New York at Oswego from 2010 to 2012. In March 2014, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
