Tian Liew is an experienced human resources professional and business owner with a diverse background in HR management, dog training, and consulting. Currently serving as the Owner and Lead Trainer at Harmonious Hounds at Home since February 2022, Tian provides dog training and pet boarding services in the SF Bay Area. In addition, Tian works as a People Business Partner at Christine Mathews Consulting, Inc. Tian's previous roles include Interim HR Manager at Clumio and Program Manager for HR Services at VMware, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, overseeing HR transitions during acquisitions, and implementing various HR policies and processes. Tian holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Jose State University and has developed a robust skill set across multiple industries, including HR technology implementation and employee onboarding.
