Cody Kazakoff has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2009, they became the owner of Next Generation. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at UTM Exploration Services Ltd. as a Geological Technician, Pad Builder, and Machine Operator. In 2014, they served as a Foreman at Pcl Energy until 2015. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, Cody took a hiatus to travel on their motorcycle. In 2016, they founded Cody Kaz Designs. Cody then worked as an Operator at Midwest Pipeline Inc. for a short period in 2017. Most recently, since 2022, they have been working as a Production Manager at Christina Lake Cannabis.

Cody Kazakoff's education history includes attending the Wharton School from 2016 to the present, where they are studying Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2012, they also attended TLI Learning Institute for one year and obtained a Level 2 Mandarin degree in Chinese Language and Literature. In their earlier years, from 1999 to 2002, Cody attended Grand Forks Secondary School and obtained a GED. Additionally, Cody has obtained several certifications in entrepreneurship, including "Entrepreneurship 3: Growth Strategies," "Entrepreneurship 2: Launching your Start-Up," and "Entrepreneurship 1: Developing the Opportunity" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
