The Christiana Fire Company has the tremendous task of providing fire protection, rescue and basic life support ambulance service to the residents of our district, which comprises 1/7th of Delaware's entire population in central New Castle County. 

Our Fire and Ambulance responses total over 10,000 per year. Christiana Fire Company, with its highly dedicated and motivated volunteer and career members, has become the busiest volunteer fire company in the state and one of the busiest volunteer companies within our nation.

The Emergency Response Team at Christiana Fire Company, Inc. is responsible for delivering rapid and effective emergency medical services, fire suppression, and rescue operations. Comprised of trained EMTs and volunteer firefighters, this team responds to over 10,000 calls annually, ensuring the safety and well-being of the community they serve. Their dedication and expertise make them a vital resource during critical incidents, providing immediate care and support to those in need.
