Danielle Ligonde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and event planning. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Senior CRM Manager at Parfums Christian Dior since March 2018, Danielle oversees platform structure and architecture to enhance customer interactions. As the Founder of Trendy Danie Events, LLC since January 2013, Danielle expertly coordinates a variety of special events for diverse audiences. Previous roles include CRM Manager Consultant at Century 21 Department Stores, CRM Manager at Lord & Taylor, and Email Marketing Manager at New York & Company, among others. Danielle holds a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University.
