Barbara Hatch has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Barbara started their career at Percepta in 2001, where they served as a Human Resources Manager for 15 years. In 2016, Barbara became an Independent Human Resources Professional, providing their expertise to various organizations. In 2018, they joined Christian Care Ministry as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, and eventually progressed to the role of Director of Human Resources in May 2019.
