Additionally, since October 2006, Kristen has worked as a Training Specialist at Christian Book Distributors, focusing on educating, coaching, and improving office goals, contributing to the company being recognized as a Top Place to Work. Kristen Zarella holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and two undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Computer Information Systems, earned from Salem State University and North Shore Community College.
