Amandine Mascret currently serves as Responsable développement RH at Christelle CLAUSS Immobilier since June 2022, focusing on talent recruitment and client satisfaction. Previously, Amandine worked at Leroy Merlin as Responsable RH from January 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included developing employee skills, managing internal mobility, and implementing the group's RSE policy. Experience also includes roles at Syndicat des Eaux et de l’Assainissement Alsace-Moselle and Auchan Retail, where Amandine specialized in training, recruitment, and human resources management over a span of more than a decade. Amandine holds multiple degrees including a BAC +5 in Responsible Human Resources Management from CESI École de Formation des Managers and is currently pursuing certifications in DISC and human factor facilitation.
