Leone Purvis has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles within various New Zealand government departments and consulting. Currently serving as Programme Director for Hāpai Hapori at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ), Leone also operates as the owner of Harmony Consulting Limited. Previous positions include Operating Model Specialist at both the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) and the Ministry of Education of New Zealand, alongside serving as Operating Model & Change Lead for the Māori Leadership Change Project at the Department of Internal Affairs.
