Holly Paine Magnuson serves as the Head of Hive People & Organization at Hive Collective since July 2024, while also engaging as a Volunteer - Dream Team Member at Christ Fellowship Church since January 2018. Holly possesses extensive experience in non-profit leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development, having held various roles at leading organizations such as TE Connectivity, Chewy, Hogan Assessment Systems, and The Hershey Company. Notably, Holly has directed global HR strategies, established data-driven decision-making processes, and optimized talent management frameworks across diverse industries. Educational background includes a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and ongoing doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership at Regent University.
