Ronald W. Torrance II

Ronald W. Torrance II, DO, is a sports medicine-trained physician at Regenexx Tampa Bay and partner at CrossFit Love out of Philadelphia and partner/CMO at Love Health, which specializes in personalized medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation. He is board-certified in family medicine and sports medicine. He has been on multiple leadership committees since 2015 and knows how to work as a team from a distance. He has publications on topics including concussion and laterally based ankle pain. He published Exercise 2.0: Optimizing Performance Throughout the Lifespan which became an Amazon bestseller. He teaches musculoskeletal ultrasound through the Interventional Orthopedic Foundation and he is a graduate of the first cohort of the Kresser Institute’s ADAPT Practitioner Training Program.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Limestone College, he went on to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine for his doctorate in osteopathic medicine. After medical school, he did his internship and residency in the Greater Philadelphia Area through the Rowan and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s training programs. He did an extra one-year fellowship specifically in sports medicine to continue his education where he started to learn musculoskeletal ultrasound skills. These skills turned into learning from the Interventional Orthopedic Foundation in Colorado, where he is currently adjunct faculty. He did Regenexx training after this and has been practicing regenerative medicine of the highest standard since.
