Charlotte Ringdal is a Senior Researcher at Chr. Michelsen Institute CMI, with a background as a Ph.D student at NHH focusing on experimental and development economics. Charlotte has also held positions as a Visiting researcher at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics and a teaching assistant at Universitetet i Bergen. Additionally, Charlotte has experience as a guide at Kunstmuseene i Bergen avd. Troldhaugen and as a Kursleder Humanistisk Konfirmasjon at Human-Etisk Forbund. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Samfunnsøkonomi from the University of Bergen.
