Previously, Troy held significant positions at The C12 Group, including Senior Vice President of Development and Managing Chairman, where responsibilities involved inspiring leaders and facilitating peer advisory groups. With a strong background in business development, sales strategy, and operations in various sectors, Troy co-founded Mosaic Seattle and has held the position of President at Basenine, Inc. Additionally, Troy's educational foundation includes degrees in Engineering and Business from Sam Houston State University and technical education in Electronics from Texas A&M University.
